10 hours sleep

I've seen the "smart people stay up late" posts many times. Truth be told, I guess that there are the thepretic people that stay up late.
Yesterday I fell asleep randomly at about 8pm and I slept until 6am the next day, and those 10 hours of sleep did something.


Past days I've felt down a bit, not as usual. I've forgotten where I am, what I am doing, what I was going to say, ETC. Being tired all the time is not fun, I have a lot of friends that are tired all the time. Except for some with M.E, the others are awake at night. The past months I have been up late, to 11pm - 3am on average. Still waking up about 8am.

Today, I have been doing a lot. Taking care of a dog, played "Craft of World WOW". Seen 4 episodes of Pokémon XY, the new Naruto Shippûden episode and one of the WOW filmes. Listened to a CD while reading articles. I've read many pages in the Manga Kimi ni todoke. Meditated. Runned in the woods. Studied Kanji and now at 3:30pm I am writing this post.

I have not even felt like my mind have been playing with me. Sometimes when you belive things will be better, they do.
I need to tell others as well. U need to sleep!

Now to our system: U go to school for 7 - 8 hours, than go to work for 4 - 6 hours. When you go home U do your homework, eat, shower and are supposed to get 8 hours sleep. Where the heck do U get those 8 houres from??

Sleep is a very good thing to do. Science has not much understanding of what sleep really is, they have only measured what the brain waves looks like in our head, guess what! The soul is not even inside the body while U sleep, it either folded over it or fly around.
Sleep is so important, still we do not make time for it. It is sad and I confess; I've not had enough sleep lately.
