Er sau nødvendig | Are sheep nessasary?

La meg putte fram grunnlaget for denne siden av saken. Dette ligger for grunnlag etter en lengre debatt om ulv. For mange mener at ulven er en trussel mot sauenæringen, men uten sau, er ulven egentlig noe problem??
Let me put this into context for this case. There is a foundation put out after a longer wolf debate. Many would say the wolf is a threat to the sheep industry, but without sheep, are the wolves a problem?I land som Norge har bruk av sauekjøtt og ull vert viktige for folks velvære i et klima med mye snø og lite mat tilgjengelig, så dette er ingen diskusjon om at sau har vert en mulig nødvendighet for tidligere generasjoner, det har det jo. Arten heter Ovis Aries
og kommer originalt fra asiatisk Muflon. Den har blitt Domestisert over 10,000 år og i dag ligner den ikke det minste på sine opprinnelige forfedre. Så langt nord så trenger sauer mennesker for å overleve, de klarer ikke engang forsvare seg selv.
The specie's name is Ovis Aries and comes originally form the Asian Mouflon. they have been domesticated for over 10,000 years and today they are nothing alike
their original ansisters. This far north sheep needs humans to survive, they are even incapable of defending themselves.
Sau er av det vi kaller drøvtyggere, det vil si at de lever på grønne vekster som gress og blader. De har kun tenner i underkjeven, selv om noen drøvtyggere har øvre hjørnetenner, og noen har tenner i overkjeven, men disse gror tennene hele livet. Sauer er av de med kun tenner i underkjeven. Drøvtyggere har også de lengste tarmene av pattedyr. Drøvtyggere er en del av en større gren som er planteetende pattedyr. Planteetere har lange tarmer, mobile kjever, karbohydrat nedbrytende enzymer i spyttet, lav pH i magesyre og svetter gjennom porer for å kjøle seg ned. De eier heller ikke nattsyn eller en naturlig vilje til å ta liv.Sheep are of the ones we call Ruminants. That means that they live mainly on greens like weeds and leafs, they only have teeth in their lower jaws, all though some ruminants has canines in upper jaw and some has upper jaws that grows all their life. Sheep are of them with only lower teeth.
Ruminants also have the longest intestines of mammals. Ruminants are also a part of a bigger group called Herbivorous Mammals. Herbivores has long intestines, mobile jaws, carbohydrate digestive enzymes in the saliva, low pH in stomach acid and sweat through pores to cool themselves down. They also do not possess night vision or the natural will to kill.
Påstanden er at sauen er viktig for økosystemet og for kulturlandskapet. Først og fremst. Definisjon på kulturlandskap er et område som har mer eller mindre har formet seg etter menneskelig innflytelse og involvering. Noe som betyr at mesteparten av Europa i dag regnes som Kulturlandskap. Det er veldig lite som ikke har menneskelig innflytelse, så er det egentlig ikke naturlandskapet som er truet?The clime is that the sheep is important for the ecosystem and for the cultural landscape. First off! The definition of cultural landscape is a landscape that has formed around more or less human involvement. Something that means that most of Europe is cultural landscape per definition. Det er vel ingen domestiserte arter som har noen som helst vital rolle for økosystemet. Sau er en asiatisk art og hører ikke hjemme i Europa, men økosystemet klarte seg uten den fordi det er mer enn nok naturlige drøvtyggere i Europeisk fauna.
The clime that sheep are needed for the ecosystem is interesting. There are rather no domesticated species that has any vital role in the ecosystem. Sheep are an Asian species and does not belong in Europe, though the ecosystem worked well without them because there are more than enough natural ruminants in European fauna. 

Når vi snakker om helse, trenger vi sau som mat?? Om det er nødvendig for næring eller nødvendig for matrasjoner. Siden et fullstendig plantebasert kosthold krever 0,6 dekar eller 6 acers per person på et år, så virker det mest logisk, men kan man nå næringsmengden man drenger med det??

To cut it short I want to show you a peer-reviewed paper from the American Dietetics Association. The worlds greatest institution for nutrition and diet personnel. The paper was about vegetarian and fully vegan diets.


Papiret sier at en full vegansk diett passer for folk i alle aldere, fra graviditet til voksen, til og med idrettsutøvere.
The paper clams that a fully vegan diet is suitable for people in all ages form pregnancy to adulthood and even for athletes.Jeg har ikke lyst til stoppe der heller. Inntaket av dyreprodukter er den eneste kilden til arteriosklerose, den mest vanlige formen for blodpropp! Arteriosklerose har også bare effekt på anatomiske planteetere. Husker hvilke fysiologiske trekk planteetere har? Derfor er det ikke merkelig at mennesker får arteriosklerose også!I don't want to stop there either. Så dyreprodukter er ikke engang menneskemat. Så hoved årsaken til de mest vanlige livsstilsykdommer er inntaket av LDL kolesterol, animalsk protein, mengder mettet fett, transfett og svovelholdige aminosyrer som er hovedårsaken til: Kreft, diabetes type 2, hjerte og karsykdommer, overvekt, stoffskifte problemer, altseimer og mye annet.So animal products are not even human feed. So the reason behind the most common vascular disorders is consumption of LDL cholesterol, animal protein, massive amounts of saturated fats, transfats and sulfur containing amino acids are the main causes of: Cancer, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity, unstable metabolism, Alzheimer's and much more.

Who am I?

Many have this very funny view about who I am and that is very interesting. My story goes a long way back and there is more than one reason Y I am so different from the regular mainstream people. Mostly I don't talk about myself in this bolg, but if this can help people learn more, why not.

Born in the city of Elverum. lived in the municipality of Trysil until I was 5 years old, moved to Hamar city and lived there for a few month until I move to the Municipality of Løten and lived in the same house ever since. Now I am 23 years old and still live in the same house. Still it sais not so much about who I am.

Going through school and it did not feel right, many felt different from the others, I felt like I was from a totally different planet. The world around me seems so wrong.

Ever since I was a little child I've been able to see dead people, Later I started to talk to them. Years later I've learned meditation, animal communication and healing. Being able to see, sense and feel so many things people did not even thought to be real have not always been easy. I've trained very hard to be able to control this and I've had people in the alternative community being extremely impressed when I was just 15 years old and still I was so open.

This was not the only thing. I was diagnosed with dyslexia at age 9-10-11 or so. When I went to school, my teachers just gave me up because there was so much they did not know about me, there breaking Article 26 in the Human Rights. I did not learn how to read or write until I started in the 7th grade. So I had some linguistic issue there.

At age of 12 I got the diagnosis Asperger's syndrome. Taken out of class and finally I could start learning. All through the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and an extra year I was supposed to relearn everything I had not learned the 6 first years at school and then up to the Gymnasy. So I tried to get a degree in "travel and service", I did not make it past first class in 3 years. I stated "I want to continue" and they told me there were no more to gain. The Aspergers makes it very hard to learn things that is not of my best interest. So breaking Article 26 in the Human Rights ones more I was out doing work that was not of my best interest either. The world has always been a strange place and many things people take for granted, I question. People act one way, I don't know why. People get offended by what I say, I don't know why. Like: Why is it OK to say this, but not OK to say the same thing by using different words? The meaning is still the same.

My body language is something I had to learn, it did not come naturally to me. I've done it a long time so it does come naturally. I needed to learn how to handle sound and light, so was it with my anger. I also needed to understand why Taboo existed, why I found the spiritual aspects so easy and also how I could live in my own fantasy world when it seems like others could not. I later learned that people in general does not have a open pineal gland and having your own world in your head is an autism thing. I will also add that clairvoyance and fantasy is not the same thing.

Seemly in the past I've felt small, useless and someone people reject. Later I learned: I created this reality for myself. I thought it was because I did not want to be anyone I was not so I kept being myself as good as I could, a though I did not ask myself "who am I?" until later. Still I was able to perform solo, made over 100 Duel Masters podcasts on YouTube, was able to run very far without having to stop, etc. Yet I did not see myself.

I was on the bottom and the I learned a lots of things. I asked myself questions, I found out how the world function and I fell in love with myself. Now it all changed. I got interested in Visual Kei music. I dyed my hair and started dressing feminine. Used to be frightened of the thought that people might think I was gay, now I just encourage people to think so and then enlightened them when they see the truth. So many come to me with their problems and I like that. Just remember, I am here to find a solution, I am not a person you go to because you want my attention. I've learned how the world is put together and why some seem to be very popular and some not so much.

I feel like being creative and I want things to change, I become a vegetarian April 2. 2013 and it seems like I am one of the first out of many that will follow on this very important path. The meat industry has become the nr.1 problem on earth.

If you ask me about who are my friends, I will answer: I did not know if I had friends in the past, now I have so many friends in all ages and in different places on earth. There are so many people out there and I love all of U.

I turned my Aspergers to a gift, I have so many great potentuals with it. Also I am able to learn multiple languages all though I have dyslexia. I am going to make it to reach my goals in life, no matter what and no one can stop me. That is just because I am me and I am bloody awsome!

Sounds a bit egoistic, so let me tell U all this: Everyone on earth are the same, we are equal. If U are hurt, I feel it. If I am hurt, U feel it. It is built in us all, we are one. I realized that I am the intire univerce. It is not as crezy as it seems, gama energy is going through us all the time, it is going through the intire universe all the time and we are a part of it.

Animal Agriculture

I watched Kip Andresens film: Cowspiracy 5 times in 2 weeks. The information there blew my mind totally. I want to share the information with you.

We all talk about global warming and climate change and until now no one have been focusing on the greatest problem of them all.
The film started out showing that the UN showed a report that cattle produce 18% of all greenhouse gases compared to all transportation: Cars, busses, trucks, trains and plains together that creates 13% greenhouse gases. (18% VS 13%)
Also water use is shocking! The water used for production of natural gases takes 100 billion gallons of water (379 billin liters) Compare that to livestocks it takes 34 trillion gallons of water. (230 trillion liters) (100 Billion VS 34 trillion) The metangass they produce is about equal.

Talking of water, one McDonald's burger needs 660 gallons of water (2500 liters) to produce. It equals 2 months of showering. Would U not like to shower 2 hours a day if you knew that they cut their meat production down to only 3/4 of what it is today and still be no problems to the lack of water on earth?
We have all thise save our water campaigns. They talk about taking short showers, change the shower heads, turning off the water when you brush your teeth, repair broken sprinklers. Yet nothing about animal agriculture.

Many will say: UN must be joking, it can't be 18% greenhouse gases from Animal agriculture. U are right! 2 advisers from the world banks released an analysis that Animal Agriculture is responsible for 51% of greenhouse gases, not 18% as UN stated. This is due to all the rainforest deforestation for food to raise cattles for food. Not only that Raising animals for food takes 1/3 of the worlds fresh water, 45% of earth's land, is 91% of the burning of the Amazon, leading cause of species extinction, Ocean dead zones and habitat destruction.

Milk production takes 1000 gallons of water to produce 1 gallon of milk. (3800 liter to 4 liters)

160,000 pounds of excrement (72.600 kg) is produced every second in the United States alone. It's enough to cover every square mile to cover New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Paris, New Delhi, Berlin, Hong Kong, London, Rio De Janeiro, Delaware, Bali, Costa Rica and Denmark combined.
This is also the main cause of poluted water in our ocean.

People care for palm oil production is responsible for 26 million acres of rainforest. A lot, still not close livestock that is responsible for 136 million acres.

All the ocean are over fished, so eating fish is not a solution either. There is to this date nothing that is called sustainable fishing. We drag up all types of sea Animals to catch the fish we want. If this happened on land, we would not accept it.

One large garden of land is what is needed to feed a vegan. Vegetarians need 3X more land. For someone that eat meat for dinner everyday it takes 18X more land to produce the food.
Is there even an question of that we should do?

Anti-Depression formula

A lot of written text in this post might not be as it first seems, so no matter what U do, don't stop reading.
I will say something U want to hear and something U don't want to hear.

First of all, many say that -starving children in Africa have a much worse life than U. That is only partly true. The life they have is just different. If you live in Africa, it's the other way around. I wonder if your parents told you: - Think of the depressed children in Europe??

Everyone feel different. Everyone has felt that; I have the worst life of all and everyone are perfectly right! In the same way everyone are wrong. Allow me to explain.

U are seemly an individual. U want to get rid of your problems. Truth is; you cannot get rid of them. The reason is this: U will always have 83 problems. Someone say: I have only 10 problems or I have 99 problems. Well, I guess you have eleven fingers as well, same logic! U get rid of a problem another will come. It is perfectly natural. U can see it as 83 cards or just one deck. I encourage no one to search for their problems. It will just make U way more depressed.

Ask yourself. Y are U depressed? Many answers for that and most people put the guilt on the cause, the thing that you think of, the thing that triggers your emotions.
I know someone who got raped, someone else told this person, it is never your fault. Although that is true, there is an entire aspect people should know.

Before getting into this. This is very hard for 2 types of people to truely get.
  1. People with social issues: Chances are that they don't trust what I write down.
  2. Attention seeking people: All though not thinking of it, want to make people feel sad on their behalf.

Rape is the most common argument i hear. That is why I will use this story.
  • An individual got raped as a child, in that age (s)he did not become depressed than but when (s)he grew up and realize how terrible rape is. (S)he got depressed.
There is much to learn from that!
Everyone agrees that the rapist is the guilty. Still, when the individual become depressed, years after. Is it the rapist's fault that this person is depressed? It is the cause, but is it the reason?

This brings me to Dr. Masaru Emoto from Japan.
He proved that thoughts can change how water freeze. He started with writing down "I love you" on one jar and wrote: "You make me sick I want to kill you" on the other jar. The results were amazing! He has been doing this a lot afterwards Here are some exemples:
He also did a similar thing with rice. He had 3 jars with rice and water. One of them he said: "Thank you", the second he said "I hate you" and the last one he just ignored.
This happened:
Humans are 60% water, just imagine what water can do to us! Wether U sit in the dark and think it's scary or U chose to see it as something that calms you down. It's easy, U only need to start doing it.

Let's say you are sick, you can choose to let it get the best of U and treat your head bad because it hurts, or you can do the opposite. This takes time to get good at. Let us try another scenario.

You drive your car and all of a sudden, you crash into someone else.
Now it's time to make a choice. U can yell at the other person, get mad, sad and frustrated. Or, you can take it for what it is. Talk calmly with the other driver and find a solution. For what you know, this person might just be to love of your life. Who knows??

Back to who's fault it is that you are depressed. U might not be the guilty, but it is always your fault. At Least 48% is your fault. It is about 50-50. U are not the cause, U are still the reason. 
Instead of getting angry about all this, take it for what it is say: -You might be right, I am the fault and it's all OK, because it's perfectly natural.

Your life has ups and downs, it's not even metaphorically. It goes up and down like waves no matter what you do, still, you can either make the waves go higher and higher for each time, or lower and lower. When you have a down period, it is the time to learn, this is not necessarily bad.
There are many waves at the same time, this is Y everything can not be perfect all the time. The image can be either bigger and bigger or smaller and smaller.

U can do this! It is not that U are not strong enough, Because U are!
It's all about wanting it to get better. U wake up and U don't want to get out of bed. It is all about comfort. Never be afraid of getting out of your comfort zone. Comfort is an illusion.

When I said that 50% comes from the outside. Think of how you treat others around U. It will effect them and it will also effect U. Everyone who are mean to U, only hurt themself long term. If someone try to bully U, say: -This is your problem, but you can change it. Than, leave.

ADD & ADHD/ Indigo Children

Not many know that ADD and ADHD is a western problem. It has to do with the polarity of the earth to do. If U ask me, I know of no one with ADD or ADHD that are not either "white" or "arabic", I guess it's possible for such as "black" people to have it. Either they can not or it has to be very rare. If U search for ADHD on the web, you will find many cases of "white" children having this problem. That said, I'm not a racist. Still Science know nothing about it, but politicians notice one thing. There are more and more people born with it! I know 'caus I told them, and they said I was right.

Me myself does not have either ADD or ADHD, still I was diagnosed with it and they put me on medical morphine. The day I stopped was the day I tried to kill my brother. I thought to myself -Why not? He is mean to me. It had that effect on me.
Some are falsely diagnosed , still that is noticeable within a month of medication.


Less talked about is Y it exists. And the answer is easy. Let me tell you of Indig Children. This has been talked about in the alternative community for years now.

They are children born very intuitive, creative and very psychic. Many of them also are very strong physically and has a good portion of stamina. They are very strong in the right brain, but has difficulties when it comes to the left brain. They have to learn fast, so do not make a complicated mess of what you are trying to teaching them. Most Indigo Children are diagnosed with either ADD or ADHD.


This is why spiritual aspects should not be ignored.

So Y are there born more and more?? Our system today is about 90% based on Left brain thinking. Order! Theoretic! Straight! Focus! Politically correct!
When there is unbalanced somewhere, the nature will correct it. With other species, this goes fast. Because humans has a politically system, we just can not just do it.
This is the real problem though. Insted of saying -Hey! We need to change the system, see! Most of the children in North America are born this way now!!
Than again it is easier for them to just say: -You are not normal, you have ADHD. They ignore the real problem, because they want it to be like it always has been.

If U are an indigo child, U are lucky. U can do so many things naturally that others simply can't. It is your job to change the system. We need more focus of the: Creative, spiritual, random, active and the female aspects of the brain. Don't be afraid to stand up to the oppositions and say what you feel and demand that they do something to change it. Nature created you for a reason, a very good one too.

Politics knows I'm right. It is just a question of time. How long time? It is all up to U.

A letter from someone with a different language

Hello dear all you. I have a name, you might not have thought about it, but I do. It does not matter.
This is a scream of grace. I write to you, yes you. In all the years you have not been good to us and others like us. In many ways you treat your own the same way, and everything you do, we see and it effects us. We are very much like you, incredibly like you. Still you treat us like we are nothing. Like we are some kind of dead objects. I do not know about you, but I am alive, you better believe it. No matter what you do to us, we will scream, you just don't understand our language. You do not support our culture. Many like us are dumb and can not talk at all. You ave done so much to better the way you view others, there are not so many that consider us at all. We have made sure you can live, but you enslave us and kill us for no good reason. You say you own us, all though I have a mind on my own.All though many of us are free, all of us can be killed by you. There are 100ds of us, you are even one of us, still you separate yourself from us. You say that you are so much different than us. The few of you that actually speak up for us are being called stupid and that they don't understand. We well know that it is the few who have the guts to speak up that are the ones who really understand. You kill 1000ds of only my kind every time our planet goes around our precious sun. If I were to kill one of you.I am not sure if I, my children or friends will be alive for long. Every Time some like us has tried to seek out justice, they have been massacred. Not a single one lives an attack like that. Because we are "different" you think it's right. It is just what you do, some of you even like to do it. All of us that are being put behind bars, killed and tortured. It makes your Holocaust look like a little party compared to this. I am unable to cry, but I cry inside. You do all this, just because I look and think different. You have an appetite for some of our food. Still if they steal just a figment of what you took, they will be dead. You have no honor, you have no shame! You say we are not like you, you are right and I'm d*mn glad we are nothing like you. You see us as cruel, because some of us kill our own?? What does your own do everyday? Your arguments are not enough for me. We do not use tools, not because we can not, we do not use tools because we do not need it, respect our culture! If you walk into my territory, I will either observe if you are a danger or I will just run away. If I walk into your territory, you will call for backup and you might put me to sleep and put me somewhere I don't know, kill me or go after my entire family. I have had enough of this. You use us as slaves, kill us, use us as cosmetics, eat us. You are not even meat eaters!
But I have dream that all of us will be equal! I have a dream that no slavery will exist! I have a dream that all cultures will be respected! I have a dream that different will have nothing to say! I have a dream than one day, all humans and animals can live side by side! No longer use us and kill for greed. We only kill for need! Stop the madness today!!!

10 hours sleep

I've seen the "smart people stay up late" posts many times. Truth be told, I guess that there are the thepretic people that stay up late.
Yesterday I fell asleep randomly at about 8pm and I slept until 6am the next day, and those 10 hours of sleep did something.


Past days I've felt down a bit, not as usual. I've forgotten where I am, what I am doing, what I was going to say, ETC. Being tired all the time is not fun, I have a lot of friends that are tired all the time. Except for some with M.E, the others are awake at night. The past months I have been up late, to 11pm - 3am on average. Still waking up about 8am.

Today, I have been doing a lot. Taking care of a dog, played "Craft of World WOW". Seen 4 episodes of Pokémon XY, the new Naruto Shippûden episode and one of the WOW filmes. Listened to a CD while reading articles. I've read many pages in the Manga Kimi ni todoke. Meditated. Runned in the woods. Studied Kanji and now at 3:30pm I am writing this post.

I have not even felt like my mind have been playing with me. Sometimes when you belive things will be better, they do.
I need to tell others as well. U need to sleep!

Now to our system: U go to school for 7 - 8 hours, than go to work for 4 - 6 hours. When you go home U do your homework, eat, shower and are supposed to get 8 hours sleep. Where the heck do U get those 8 houres from??

Sleep is a very good thing to do. Science has not much understanding of what sleep really is, they have only measured what the brain waves looks like in our head, guess what! The soul is not even inside the body while U sleep, it either folded over it or fly around.
Sleep is so important, still we do not make time for it. It is sad and I confess; I've not had enough sleep lately.
